I sometimes wish I had maintained a work diary. The achievement on our resumes are beyond the numbers and the resuts. Its the actions and decisions that led to these results. Interestingly, Newton's law of motion applies to work place as well!
As a marketing operations manager, my work involved devicing marketing activities for our dairy customers. I ll be true, I did a decent job but I craved for some intense task. Soon enough, I was asked format an excel sheet But when I was asked to prepare an excel sheet to analyze the customer data, I decided to challenge myself!
I developed a tool using MS excel workbook to categorize 12 SKUs across 128 sales regions and derive meaning full reports which helped both the sales and the marketing departments to plan their quarter goals and actions
